Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) defines prohibited behaviour on Zymera.ai. It supplements the Terms of Service and applies to all Platform features: image, video, avatar, voice and lip-sync generation.
1. Core Principles
Zymera.ai is designed to enable content creators to produce high-quality creative works. The Platform provides powerful tools that must be used responsibly, ethically and lawfully. By using our services, you agree to respect human dignity, applicable law and the rights of third parties.
2. Strictly Prohibited Content and Uses
Any serious violation will result in immediate and permanent account suspension, without refund, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
2.1 Sexual Content and Exploitation
- Any sexual content involving minors (CSAM) — a serious criminal offence
- Non-consensual pornographic content depicting identifiable real individuals
- Creating sexual deepfakes without the explicit consent of the person depicted
- Content intended to facilitate human trafficking or sexual exploitation
2.2 Violence, Hatred and Terrorism
- Content inciting physical violence, murder or terrorism
- Content inciting hatred based on ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or national origin
- Propaganda for terrorist organisations or genocidal ideologies
- Content glorifying or trivialising crimes against humanity
2.3 Malicious Deepfakes and Identity Theft
- Creating false statements attributed to real public figures (political, judicial, financial)
- Imitating a person's voice, appearance or style to deceive or blackmail them
- Producing false video or audio evidence intended for use in legal or media contexts
- Creating content with the intent to defame, harass or harm an identifiable individual
2.4 Disinformation and Manipulation
- Generating knowingly false content to deceive the public (fake news, electoral manipulation)
- Creating fake news, false reports or forged official documents
- Producing covert political propaganda aimed at manipulating public opinion
2.5 Intellectual Property Infringement
- Systematically reproducing or imitating the style or visual signature of a living artist without their agreement
- Generating content that infringes protected works
- Creating counterfeit products or logos of existing brands for fraudulent purposes
2.6 Privacy Violations
- Generating or distributing images of individuals without their consent, particularly in an intimate context
- Uploading third-party personal data without a valid legal basis
- Creating content that enables the identification, location or targeting of a person without their knowledge
2.7 Platform Abuse
- Automated exploitation (scraping, bots) without Zymera's written authorisation
- Attempting to circumvent moderation filters or security systems
- Sharing access credentials or reselling the service to third parties
- Using the Platform to generate spam or unsolicited mass advertising content
3. Consent and Representation of Real Individuals
Using features that involve depicting a real person (avatar generation, lip-sync, voice cloning) requires:
- Your own image/voice: Permitted without additional conditions.
- A third party's image/voice: You must hold explicit, free, informed and documented consent from the person concerned, compliant with applicable law. The consent must specifically cover AI use and the intended distribution.
- Public figures: Satirical or parody depictions in a clearly identified context may be permitted within the limits of press freedom. Creating realistic content attributed to a public figure without a clear indication of its artificial nature is prohibited.
4. Reporting Abuse
If you observe abusive use of the Platform or content generated by Zymera.ai that violates this policy or infringes your rights:

Please include: the nature of the offending content, the URL or any information identifying the content, and the alleged violation. We handle reports within 48 business hours.
5. Moderation and Enforcement
5.1 Automated Filters
The Platform has automated filters designed to detect non-compliant generation requests. These filters are not infallible; deliberately circumventing them constitutes a serious violation of this policy.
5.2 Human Moderation
Our team conducts periodic reviews. Any content reported or detected as violating this policy may be removed without notice.
5.3 Enforcement Actions
Depending on the severity of the violation, the following measures may be taken:
- Warning: email notification for a first minor breach
- Temporary suspension: account blocked for 7 to 30 days
- Permanent termination: account permanently deleted without refund
- Reporting to authorities: for serious violations (CSAM, terrorism, etc.)
